What has God commanded of me? Am I His sheep that knows His voice so well that I cannot be deterred by temptation or deception even by/thru another "well-meaning" (or maybe not-so-well-meaning) Christian? God has given me His Word and His Holy Spirit to help me to determine His specific direction for my life. Make no mistake, there is no escape from the consequences of disobedience. There is no room for blaming someone else. The responsibility of hearing and adhering (i.e. obedience) to His call and direction for my life sits squarely on my own shoulders. I will listen. I will trust. I will obey.... even when someone else maybe misunderstands or disapproves.

How grateful I am that You are teaching me to hear and trust Your Voice thru Your Word and Your Holy Spirit. Thank You for strengthening me and my understanding to follow Your lead!
